Desktop App Diagnostics

The macOS app may collect limited diagnostic information such as app version, operating system version, permission status, shortcut events, error states, and feature usage. This helps us debug issues and improve product quality.

Website Interaction

We may collect standard website analytics such as browser type, operating system, pages visited, referral source, approximate region, and device information.

2. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate and improve WhisperInput.ai, including:

• Firebase for authentication and analytics
• Supabase for account and application data
• Mixpanel for product analytics
• Chargebee or other billing providers for subscription management
• Speech processing infrastructure for real-time dictation

These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
