Fees may be exclusive of taxes, duties, or other governmental charges unless checkout states otherwise. Where applicable, our billing provider may collect and remit taxes. Otherwise, you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that apply to your purchase.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless required by law or explicitly stated during checkout, purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel any paid subscription at any time through your account or billing portal. For paid subscriptions, cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

  1. Plan Changes

Plan upgrades, downgrades, and billing cycle changes may be handled by our billing provider according to its proration, renewal, and billing rules. Subscription prices, billing cycles, usage limits, and renewal terms are shown at checkout.

V. Intellectual Property

WhisperInput.ai, its software, website, desktop app, design, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal and professional purposes according to these Terms.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, information, content, or materials included in the Service. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

  1. Features and User Responsibility

WhisperInput.ai offers functionality including, but not limited to, processing voice input sessions and generating text. We aim to provide high-quality functionality but make no warranty that dictation results will be accurate, reliable, complete, or error-free. Dictation results and other text generated by users are the sole responsibility of those users. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated text before using it, especially in sensitive, regulated, legal, medical, financial, or professional contexts.

  1. Infringement Claims and Handling

If the Service receives an infringement claim from a third party requiring us, under law or policy, to remove, block, or restrict certain content or account access, we may delete, block, suspend, or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content or related services. We are not responsible for infringement arising from users' use of the Service.

  1. No Warranties

Neither WhisperInput.ai nor any persons or entities associated with it make any representations or warranties regarding the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including express, implied, statutory, or other warranties, such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhisperInput.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or other losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service. For any features accessible upon subscription, we commit only to providing access according to the applicable plan and make no guarantee regarding accuracy, reliability, or flawlessness.

  1. Reservation of Rights

Within the framework of applicable law and these Terms, we reserve the right to change, modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability. If required by law or these Terms, we may also delete, block, suspend, or restrict user content, accounts, or access.

  1. Governing Law and Non-Excludable Provisions

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any warranty, liability, or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If any portion of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be deemed severable, and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

VIII. Copyright

  1. Respect for Intellectual Property

If we reasonably believe that content or use is infringing, we reserve the right to remove or restrict it and, if appropriate, suspend or terminate access.

  1. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you are the owner of a copyrighted work or an authorized agent, and you believe that content or material associated with WhisperInput.ai infringes your copyright, please email support@allapp.net with enough detail for us to evaluate the request. Your notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good faith statement, an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

  1. Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward repeated infringement. If the same user is the subject of repeated good-faith and valid copyright infringement complaints, we may suspend or terminate that user's access to the Service.

  1. DMCA Compliance and Notification

Although we may not be strictly subject to U.S. law in every circumstance, we voluntarily provide a copyright notice process. If you believe content associated with the Service infringes your copyrighted material, follow the notice procedure above by emailing support@allapp.net.

  1. Counter-Notification

If your content or access has been removed or disabled due to a copyright complaint, and you believe the material is not infringing or was removed due to error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to support@allapp.net.
