Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase or use a paid WhisperInput.ai plan.

1. Membership Service

WhisperInput.ai provides AI dictation features for macOS, including real-time voice input, text generation, account-based usage limits, and subscription-only capabilities.

2. Plans and Billing

WhisperInput.ai currently offers the following paid plans in USD:

• Monthly Plan: $19.99 per month, billed monthly.
• Yearly Plan: $179.88 per year, billed annually. The public pricing page may display this as $14.99 per month when averaged over the annual billing period, with a "Save 25%" annual offer.

Plans include AI voice typing for macOS, shortcut-first desktop dictation, use inside the current text field, common Mac app workflows, multilingual voice input, and account, billing, and support access.

Prices, available plans, promotions, taxes, and billing provider charges may vary by region or change over time. The final price and billing cycle shown at checkout control your purchase.

By subscribing, you authorize our billing provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.

3. Usage Limits

Plans may include usage limits, fair-use rules, or quota periods. If a plan is described as unlimited, it remains subject to reasonable anti-abuse and service-protection limits.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from the account or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but access generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

6. Refunds

Unless required by law or explicitly stated during checkout, subscription purchases are non-refundable. If you believe there was a billing error, contact support@allapp.net.

7. Plan Changes

When you upgrade, downgrade, or change billing cycles, billing adjustments may be handled by our billing provider according to the provider's proration and renewal rules.
