Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase or use a paid WhisperInput.ai plan.

1. Membership Service

WhisperInput.ai provides AI dictation features for macOS, including real-time voice input, text generation, account-based usage limits, and subscription-only capabilities.

2. Plans and Billing

Subscription plans, prices, quotas, and billing cycles are shown at checkout. Plans may be billed monthly or annually depending on the option you select.

By subscribing, you authorize our billing provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.

3. Usage Limits

Plans may include usage limits, fair-use rules, or quota periods. If a plan is described as unlimited, it remains subject to reasonable anti-abuse and service-protection limits.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from the account or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but access generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

6. Refunds

Unless required by law or explicitly stated during checkout, subscription purchases are non-refundable. If you believe there was a billing error, contact support@allapp.net.

7. Plan Changes

When you upgrade, downgrade, or change billing cycles, billing adjustments may be handled by our billing provider according to the provider's proration and renewal rules.
