Common Problems

I pressed Fn, but dictation did not start

Check that WhisperInput has Accessibility permission in macOS System Settings. The Fn shortcut requires permission to observe global key events.

WhisperInput says no input field was detected

Click inside the target text field first, then start dictation again. Some apps use custom input controls that may require pasting permission or a fallback insert method.

Dictation starts, but text is not inserted

Make sure the target app is still focused when dictation finishes. If the focus changed, use the final text area inside WhisperInput and insert again.

The app asks me to log in even though I subscribed

Open Account, click Refresh, and confirm your subscription is active. If it still fails, contact support@allapp.net with your account email.

My microphone is not working

Open macOS System Settings and confirm that WhisperInput has Microphone permission. Also check that the selected input device is the microphone you intend to use.

The dictation is inaccurate

Try speaking closer to the microphone, reduce background noise, and select the correct speech recognition language in settings.

Billing & Account

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the account or billing page and use the subscription management link. Cancellation stops future renewals.

Can I get a refund?

Subscription purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a billing error. Contact support@allapp.net if you believe a charge is incorrect.

How do I delete my account?

Send a request to support@allapp.net from the email address associated with your account.

Is my data private?

We do not sell your data. Voice input and dictated text are processed to provide the service, enforce quotas, improve reliability, and support troubleshooting.

Does WhisperInput provide professional advice?

No. WhisperInput is a dictation and text input tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
